Terms and Conditions
NO SMOKING
- Smoking indoors is not allowed. There is a designated smoking area outside the house.
- Please dispose of cigarette butts in the waste bin located next to the house.
VISITORS
- You may invite up to two additional guests. Additional guest fee: 10 EUR.
- Please inform the responsible staff. Check the allowed number of persons per cabin.
DAMAGES
- Please inform the responsible person immediately about any damages or incidents on the property.
- The extent of damage will be assessed and reported to you.
EQUIPMENT
- Please use all equipment on the property with care. If you are unsure how to use something, please contact our team.
- Before leaving, make sure that all electrical appliances (e.g., stove, etc.) are turned off.
PETS
- The guesthouse is pet-friendly. Pets are allowed, but guests are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pets must be kept on a leash while on the property. Waste must be picked up after walks.
- If this rule is not followed, the property manager has the right to apply a 10 EUR fine.
PARKING
- Please park vehicles only in designated parking areas.
- If additional parking is needed, please contact the responsible person.
CHILDREN
- Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times during the stay.
- If children are left unattended—especially near the pool—the guesthouse staff reserves the right to issue a warning and deny access to the pool to ensure safety.
GRILL
- Grill use is allowed only outdoors.
- Please clean the grill after each use.
- The guesthouse provides a grill with accessories (grate, skewers), but guests must bring their own charcoal and lighter fluid.
WASTE
- Use appropriate waste containers for garbage.
- Do not dispose of hygiene items, such as baby wipes or other objects, in the toilet.
BEACH – DAUGAVA
- Swimming in the Daugava and its adjacent beach is at your own risk.
- Children must always be supervised by an adult near the water. It is strictly forbidden for children to be near the river or in the water unsupervised.
- We recommend using life vests, especially for children or those who are not confident swimmers.
- Jumping into the water from the shore, docks, or bridges is prohibited.
- Swimming under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances is not allowed.
- Guests must maintain environmental cleanliness – please collect any waste left after your stay by the water.
- Swimming during thunderstorms, strong winds, or other dangerous weather conditions is strictly forbidden.
POOL
- Please follow the internal pool rules (see separate section).
ADDITIONAL OPTIONS (JACUZZI AND SAUNA)

IMPORTANT
- By making a reservation and arriving at the property, the guest automatically confirms that they have read all house rules and agrees to follow them on behalf of themselves and their companions. In case of rule violations, the guesthouse staff has the right to issue a warning and, if necessary, restrict access to certain areas or services. By entering the property, the guest assumes full responsibility for themselves and their fellow travelers.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING
- In case of reservation cancellation or rescheduling, money is not refunded but converted into a gift card, which can be used within 3 months without losing the paid amount. If the guesthouse owners are informed at least 14 days before the reserved date, the reservation can be rescheduled without additional cost. If cancellation or rescheduling is made seven days before the reserved date, a 50 EUR fee will be applied for rescheduling/cancellation. However, if notice is given only seven or fewer days before, or if guests do not arrive, the reservation is not cancelled and a gift card is not issued.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
- Video surveillance is carried out on the property for security purposes. Recreational areas are not recorded to ensure the privacy of guests.
