About the Cabin

Holiday house “Isabell” is located on the first line of the Daugava riverbank. A one-story cabin with two double beds. A separate bedroom with a double bed, and a second double bed located in the living room. The allowed number of persons in the cabin – 4 persons for overnight stay. You may invite two additional guests; the fee for an additional guest is 10 EUR. The maximum number of guests in the cabin, including additional guests, is 6. Please inform the responsible person. An extra bed is 25 EUR/unit; please request in advance. A baby cot and a high chair are available – included in the price. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances – stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with freshly roasted coffee, and a separate tap for drinking water. Dishes and kitchen utensils for full meal preparation are also available. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. A washing machine is available for free use in the holiday house. For relaxation – towels, bathrobes, and slippers are included in the price. The cabin has an outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture, a jacuzzi with hydromassage (each cabin has its own jacuzzi and sauna), and a grill area with skewers and grates (please purchase charcoal and lighter fluid yourselves).

Jacuzzi

The jacuzzi is available to guests from 17:00/18:00 until late evening. In the winter season, from 18:00/19:00. In case of repeated heating during the day – please contact the responsible person. Starting from 09:00 the next day, the jacuzzi is being cleaned, and repeated use is not permitted. To keep the water in the jacuzzi at an optimal temperature for longer, please put on the protective cover after each use or during breaks. This helps reduce heat loss and maintains water quality (cleanliness).

Important: requesting the jacuzzi on the day of check-in is possible until 11:00. After each client, the water is changed, the unit is washed and heated; preparing the jacuzzi takes 6-7 hours. In the winter season – 8 hours. If the reservation is made after 11:00, the jacuzzi will be available in the evening hours.

Sauna

The wood-fired sauna is available to guests throughout the check-in day. Repeated use of the sauna the next day is not permitted (unless a late check-out is extended). The sauna is heated by the administration. After the sauna is prepared, guests may continue maintaining the temperature themselves, following fire safety requirements. Sauna whisks (pirtslotas) may be used; please inform the responsible person.

Swimming Pool

The use of the pool is permitted every day from 15:00 to 00:00. During the night hours, the pool is not available for use for safety reasons. From 11:00 to 15:00, the pool undergoes daily technical maintenance and cleaning, and swimming is not allowed during this period. It is strictly forbidden to leave children without adult supervision or to allow them to swim without life jackets or appropriate safety equipment. The pool is heated from May until October. The water temperature depends on weather conditions (wind, air temperature, precipitation). In the summer season during warm weather, the water temperature reaches 28 degrees. In spring and autumn, the water temperature is up to 24 degrees.

Pets

Pets are allowed, but guests are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets. An additional fee of 10 EUR is applied for each pet. Pets may only be on the territory on a leash. It is mandatory to clean up after pet walks. In case of damage caused by a pet, the pet owner or the person who made the reservation bears full responsibility.

Activities

Guests who have booked the full package (jacuzzi and sauna) or stay for at least two full days are granted 1 hour of free padel tennis with equipment included. Padel tennis 20 EUR/hour (equipment is included in the price). In favorable weather conditions, boat rental with oars is available to guests at 10 EUR/hour. To ensure availability and safe use, please coordinate boat use with the administration in advance by calling +371 27057754. Swimming skills and compliance with safety instructions are mandatory.

Please note:

• Glass glasses and other glass objects must not be brought into the jacuzzi or pool.
• Please use the plastic glasses available in the kitchen.
• Please do not make noise after 21:00 to ensure a peaceful rest for all guests.

Oškrogs – (breakfast/lunch/dinner).

Akmeni Resort cooperates with Oškrogs, which is an independent third-party service provider. This means that Oškrogs operates as an independent company, and Akmeni Resort bears no responsibility for its operations or the quality of its services. Our agreement with Oškrogs only covers free delivery to Akmeni Resort guests.
