About the Cabin

Holiday home “Chloe” is located on the second line with a view of the pool. A single-story cottage with two double beds. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, and the second double bed is located in the living room. The permitted number of persons in the cottage is 4 people for overnight stays. Up to two additional guests may be invited at an extra cost of 10 EUR per guest. The maximum number of guests in the cottage, including additional guests, is 6. Please inform the person in charge. An extra bed is available for 25 EUR/unit; please request it in advance. A baby cot and high chair are available and included in the price. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary household appliances – stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine with freshly roasted coffee, and a separate tap for drinking water. Dishes and kitchen utensils for full meal preparation are also provided. The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, and hair dryer. For your relaxation – towels, bathrobes, and slippers are included in the price. The cottage has an outdoor terrace with outdoor furniture, a jacuzzi with hydromassage (each cottage has its own jacuzzi and sauna), and a BBQ area with skewers and grill grates (please purchase charcoal and lighter fluid yourself).

Jacuzzi

The jacuzzi is available to guests from 17:00/18:00 until late evening. During the winter season, from 18:00/19:00. In case of reheating during the day, please contact the person in charge. Jacuzzi cleaning takes place the next day starting from 09:00, and further use is not permitted. To maintain the optimal water temperature for a longer period, please replace the protective cover after each use or during breaks. This helps reduce heat loss and maintains water quality (cleanliness).

Important: Jacuzzi requests on the day of check-in are possible until 11:00. The water is changed, and the unit is cleaned and heated after every client; jacuzzi preparation takes 6-7 hours (8 hours during the winter season). If the reservation is made after 11:00, the jacuzzi will be available in the evening hours.

Sauna

The wood-fired sauna is available to guests throughout the check-in day. Repeated use of the sauna the next day is not permitted (unless a late check-out is extended). The sauna is heated by the administration. Once prepared, guests may maintain the temperature themselves, following fire safety requirements. Bath brooms (pirtslotas) may be used; please inform the person in charge.

Pool

Pool use is permitted daily from 15:00 to 00:00. For safety reasons, the pool is not available during the night. Daily technical maintenance and cleaning take place from 11:00 to 15:00, and swimming is not allowed during this period. It is strictly forbidden to leave children without adult supervision or to allow them to swim without life jackets or appropriate safety equipment. The pool is heated from May until October. The water temperature depends on weather conditions (wind, air temperature, precipitation). During the summer season in warm weather, the water temperature reaches 28 degrees. In spring and autumn, the water temperature is up to 24 degrees.

Pets

Pets are allowed, but guests are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pets. An additional fee of 10 EUR is applied per pet. Pets must be on a leash while on the premises. Cleaning up after your pet’s walk is mandatory. In case of damage caused by a pet, the owner or the person who made the reservation bears full responsibility.

Activities

Guests who have booked the full package (jacuzzi and sauna) or stay for at least two full nights are granted 1 hour of free padel tennis, including equipment. Padel tennis is otherwise 20 EUR/hour (equipment included). In favorable weather conditions, boat rental with oars is available for 10 EUR/hour. To ensure availability and safe use, please coordinate boat usage in advance with the administration by calling +371 27057754. Swimming skills and compliance with safety instructions are mandatory.

Please note:

• Glass cups and other glass objects must not be brought into the jacuzzi or pool.
• Please use the plastic cups available in the kitchen.
• Please keep noise levels down after 21:00 to ensure a peaceful rest for all guests.

Oškrogs – (breakfast/lunch/dinner).

Akmeni Resort cooperates with Oškrogs, which is an independent third-party service provider. This means that Oškrogs operates as an independent company, and Akmeni Resort is not responsible for its operations or the quality of its services. Our agreement with Oškrogs only covers free delivery for Akmeni Resort guests.
