Standard check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 12:00.

We offer the possibility to extend your stay by choosing late check-out for an additional fee:

• Check-out until 14:00 – 30 EUR.
• Check-out until 16:00 – 50 EUR.

Please arrange this service with the administration in advance, as availability depends on upcoming bookings.

The use of the sauna and hot tub is not included in the standard house price. You can add this SPA experience for an additional fee or by choosing our “Full Package.” To ensure we have enough time to prepare the warm water and perform system maintenance, this service must be requested by 11:00 AM on the morning of your check-in day.

Our holiday homes vary in capacity – from romantic retreats for 2 people to more spacious houses that can accommodate up to 6 guests. During the day, a maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed on the premises (for a fee of 25 EUR per person), provided this is arranged with us in advance.

Each kitchen is equipped with a separate faucet for filtered drinking water, so there is no need to bring bottled water with you. The holiday homes feature a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary cookware and tableware for preparing and serving meals.

We cooperate with the local “Oškrogs” restaurant, which provides free food delivery directly to the resort. As this is an independent service, we recommend placing your order at least one day in advance by contacting the restaurant personally at +371 29571814.

We are pet-friendly! There is an additional fee of 10 EUR for your pet’s stay. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that pets are kept on a leash while on the premises and that all waste is picked up.
